The North Carolina High School Athletic Association requires all student athletes to undergo a Pre-Participation Sports Exam ("Sports Physical") prior to participation annually. We conduct these exams in the office for a flat rate of $45.00. These exams are intended to determine whether your child can participate in sports safely. They do not take the place of the annual well-child examination. If your child requires a "Sports Physical" for participation in middle school or high school athletics, please let our staff know so they can schedule appropriately.
Our Physicians and Staff also perform on-site "sports physicals" at several area high schools each spring.
