Jennifer Germain, PA-C
Jennifer grew up in Stony Brook, New York, and moved to North Carolina in 1993. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training followed by a Master of Arts degree in Athletic Administration from East Carolina University. She was chosen as the most outstanding graduate in both Athletic Training and the department of health education. While at ECU, she also served as a graduate assistant Athletic Trainer and was a member of the women’s club lacrosse team. After graduating from East Carolina, Jen worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at American University. She later went on to work as a clinical assistant at Carolina Family Practice & Sports Medicine as well as an assistant Athletic Trainer at her alma mater, Broughton High School.
She attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant program, where she graduated with academic distinction. She was also the recipient of the James F. Wilson Award, the highest award given to a PA student, presented to the graduate who exhibits a remarkable ability to care for the patient and exceptional dedication to the profession.
Jen is an avid runner who enjoys competing in 10K races, and aspires to race in half marathons. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, lacrosse and other outdoor activities.
