Cary Location

Carolina Family Practice & Sports Medicine is located at 3700 NW Cary Parkway, halfway between High House Road and Route 54 (Chapel Hill Road).

From Cary:

  • Take Kildaire Farm Road to Cary Parkway (head away from Route 1 and towards Preston Corners)
  • Stay on Cary Parkway for approximately 5 miles
  • After you cross over High House Road, our office is located .9 miles down on your left.

From Raleigh:

  • Take 40 West towards Cary.
  • Take the Harrison Avenue exit.
  • At the end of the exit turn left.
  • Go to Cary Parkway and turn right.
  • Stay on Cary Parkway for approximately 3.5 miles.
  • After you cross over Route 54, our office is located 1 mile down on your right.

Raleigh Location

Carolina Family Practice & Sports Medicine has a North Raleigh location at 8300 Health Park in the American Institute of Healthcare and Fitness (AIHF).

From the North and West:

  • Take 540 to Six forks Rd (Exit 11).
  • Go Right (south) on Six Forks Rd for .9 miles.
  • Turn Right on Forum Drive and go .5 miles.
  • AIHF is on the Left at 8300 Health Park.
  • Go to the lower level of the Parking Deck.
  • Enter through the first floor doors.
  • We are down the hall in Suite 107 on the Left.

From the East and South:

  • Take 440 to Six Forks Rd North.
  • Go North on Six forks for 5 miles.
  • Turn Left on Forum Drive and go .5 miles.
  • AIHF is on the Left at 8300 Health Park.
  • Go to the lower level of the Parking Deck.
  • Enter through the first floor doors.
  • We are down the hall in Suite 107 on the Left.
