If your CFPSM provider has ordered laboratory tests that do not require an office visit with your provider, we ask that you please call to schedule a “Lab Only” visit.
While we realize this is new and an extra step on your part, it is necessary for us to place you on a schedule in order to ensure that your labs are not only ordered properly, but also ensures that the results come back in a timely manner for your provider to review them and communicate the results to you.
Please also note that only labs ordered by a CFPSM provider can be performed at the LabCorp facilities within our offices.
