Beginning January 1, 2011, we will no longer accept Humana Medicare plans, including:
- Humana Gold Choice (PFFS)
- Humana Medicare Choice (PPO)
- Humana Gold Plus (HMO)
If you are currently enrolled in one of the above Humana Medicare plans and wish to continue seeing one of our providers for care, please enroll in one of the plans listed below during the upcoming open enrollment period, which begins November 15 and ends December 31:
Original Medicare (Medicare Part B)
- AARP MedicareComplete Plus (HMO-POS)
- AARP MedicareComplete Plus Essential (HMO-POS)
- Aetna Medicare Open Plan (PFFS)
- Aetna Medicare Plan (HMO)
- Aetna Medicare Plan (PPO)
- Blue Medicare HMO Medical Only (HMO)
- Blue Medicare HMO Standard (HMO)
- Blue Medicare PPO (PPO)
- Today’s Options PFFS (PFFS)
- Today’s Options PPO (PPO)
- Railroad Medicare
